Money Paid to country vacation

After paying the money to country vacations after two months also I did not get any confirmation from them and when I contacted them for my queries about their irresponsivesness towards customers, they did not treated well.

I have seen many review about them and contacted people who has written these reviews. I got the negative feedback. I am really worrying about my money.

Please let me know if any one can help me in this regards.
