!!! executives of country vacations division of country club limited arrested !!!


On 03.03.2009 on the complaint of one Sri Asgar Hussain a case in Cr.No.56/2009 U/s 406, 420 IPC was registered at Central Crime Station, Detective Department, Hyderabad against management of Country Vacations and investigated in to. On 21-03-2009 accused A-1 Bidla Akash Kumar S/o Sri B. Vinod Kumar, age 29 yrs, Occ: Take over Manager, Country Vacation Pvt Limited, R/o H.No.23-4-618/8. Gowlipura, Sultanshahi, Hyderabad and A-2 Syed Miskin S/o Sri Syed Vakil Jani, age:25 yrs, Occ: Venue Manager, Country Vacation Pvt Limited. R/o Plot No.115, Site III, Borabanda, Padmavathinagar, Hyderabad were arrested and remanded to judicial custody.


It is revealed that the above accused who are marketing executives are making false promises like




  1. Plot admeasuring 300 Sq.Yards at Wanaparthy.




  2. Domestic and international holiday for 30 years.




  3. 50 % discount on air tickets.




  4. international holiday packages with out additional cost.




  5. They also promised repayment of money for unused packages every year.






Provided they given them notice that they are not availing the holiday


Whereas none of the promises were mentioned in the agreement entered with the complainant. Moreover, they have used Rs.40, 000/- paid by the complainant for their personal benefits and abused the confidence imposed in them complainant.


The marketing people are able to get the phone numbers of the general public at shopping malls, exhibitions, cinema theaters etc, Hence public advised to be cautious while they are sharing with their personal information.


Advisory to the Public:-




  1. Do not write your mobile number/ e mail IDs on any gift coupons, lucky dips, vouchers in exhibitions, cinema halls, shopping malls etc., They can share or sell your valuable personal data to unscrupulous companies.




  2. Do not entertain any calls announcing that you won some prize and you are asked to come to some club etc., for receiving the prize. You must realize that when you have not participated in any scheme or program you are not going to get any prizes.




  3. Do not fall prey to marketing techniques of various organizations promising several things and income to you with polite talk orally and after receipt of cash they make you to sign agreement where none of promises are mentioned.




  4. Cause enquiries regarding such offers and verify the facilities provided to other membes of the same club before joining the club as member.




  5. Be vigilant while you are sign any agreement or documents and carefully go through the document and cross verify with the management before signing the same for not incorporating the offers made by them.




  6. Please go through “hyderabadpolice.gov.in to know more about the fraudsters and their ways of cheating.
