The customer service is so poor and just out of our imagination from a firm operating in a services sector. Once money is paid, they just dont bother. When you complain, they try to sell something more to please you. Absolutely no time lines to operate (they promise something and dont deliver even when the deadline is in written). They just dont ask you if you wish to go on a holiday, they just enjoy with your money. But whenever there is something to be paid from your side, they would definitely pester you for that, day in and day out! Whenever you call and ask them for a reservation, it is ever unavailable for any place. I think they use very selected properties for members like us, and just operate the other properties like any other hotel. At least some of us would get frustrated and book a holiday to whichever place they say is available, I guess!
It is a win for them and for us, it may not be so bad an experience at our holiday. That is how they are operating as of now, I feel, with respect to this kind of membership.
