Country vacation and Country club both are same. I have bought Country Club membership last year. I can;t tell you how hard it was me to arrange this money for paying . It was hard earning of mine, I gave I thought I am investing in a good plan. But it was my fault to give Country club. Because from the day one, CC guys are making fake promises. For each and every thing, they have made fake promises like health fitness center, hotel booking and all.
At the time of my first booking for manali, suffering started, I booked picadilly resort for Manali, let me clear you first, It was a very horrible experience for me and my family. Very bad service, Bad rooms, Disgusting staff and so on. At the time of purchasing your plan, CC executive told me that if in case we are not satisfied with stay in your and associated hotels, They will arrange the free holiday. But forget arrangement, They have not been even call for survey.
The suffering not even ends here, Now I want to go to Goa for 3 nights. First the executive is not co operative of Nagpur Branch. She is saying, According to my payment, we can only provide you 2 nights accommodation. When I told her that I am not satisfied with my last holiday, she said, that we are not responsible for associated properties behaviour and we are not going to give you free accommodation. So what is the use of my membership with you?
Now, I am going to book Goa hotel with my "Free Accommodation" Voucher. Still there are many terms and condition occurred like compulsory lunch, breakfast, excessive utility charges.
