This is the worst club and customer service I had ever faced.
They promised 24 months interest free emi and kept 12 months emi with interest. Promised 5 membership cards and gave 2 cards which I immediately returned. Now, no sales people is lifting the phone as well as their managers and no number of customer care is working. what a club!.
I didnt expect this much fraud happens in hyderabad begumpet head office. I kept cancellation letter 5 months back and no one had asked me about my concern. In return they prople writing to banks not to chargeback the amounts.
Whats going on here in begumpet. Kindly refund my money immediatley. This club doesnt deserve a star at all.very poor rating.
