Country Club Vacations Amritsar, Punjab was referred to me by a dear friend. On being referred, their sales executive Mr. Anand Sharma visited me with exotic offers and promises if I bought the membership. I found the offer exciting and asked for a confirmation email for all that was being promised. I still have his handwritten promises with me.
However, the first email that I got was far from what was being promised. In continuance of our correspondence, I was introduced to Mr. Ankush at Trillium Mall, Amritsar. I again made the same request for getting an email for what was being promised. At first instance, there were variations in what Mr. Anand had promised and what Mr. Ankush was offering now. Being a professional, I seeked a copy of agreement to vet all the clauses before signing firsthand.
As and when I made inquiries regarding specific clauses of the agreement, all of a sudden behavior of Mr. Ankush went rude and indifferent. In an instant he flashed at me and I was asked not to take the membership and he hung up the phone.
I seek a written and verbal apology from your local staff for contacting me, wasting my precious time and luring me into something which now seems fraudulent. I have sent multiple e mails on their customer care with no response. Now if the before sales service is so poor, what can we expect from the after sales service.
I also request and suggest you to hire people with better etiquette and an understanding of a prima facie rule of service organization that the customer is a form of God and should be dealt with politely.
Dont get lured into their promises until they give a written confirmation of the same. Infact their staff is not in sync itself with each other. Mr. Reddy, who does seem to be visionary, should take note of such things.
