Countrywide Holidays provides the travel vouchers to companies who give the option to customers for holidays during their marketing campaign. For e.g some days back MobileStore, India Plaza, Spice Jet had the marketing campaign and were offering travel vouchers to their customers. I also got the travel voucher and promptly sent the letter to countrywide holidays giving me location preferences.
However I haven’t received the letter from them confirming my destination till date. From the phone number given to me by the party offering me gift voucher, I talked to their executive today and he told me that the bookings are for tomorrow in Ooty! I am wondering how will I get the tickets booked for travelling at this point of time? Further on he told me that they don’t have any mechanism to confirm whether courier was received by the concerned person or not and the onus is on me to confirm the hotel bookings! I am unhappy with the tone and the answers being given by him. Certainly they need to teach their executives to speak properly.
The service provided by CountryWide Holidays is very POOR and you should consider twice before hiring them for providing gift vouchers.
