Courtyard Holidays pvt company is available but you will get false promises at time of booking your holidays .On a false presentation/commetments of having tie ups with luxury premium hotels and showing attractive package deal in advance which you will later realize, and most likely they will not entertain your request of booking in the first place stating unavailability or busy dates reason, if at all, you being fortunate enough to get the booking, which I was denied everytime for the property 4 and 5star .They give options of below 3star property, you end up paying high charges on hotels which are available at much lower rates in the market. Since 5 months i was not able to utilize even a single holiday from 21days
Sales team is really good for nothing. Akshit Deepak and Vaishali after selling the membership they never cared to pick the calls
Customer care and Reservation team is very prompt on replying the emails but reply with disappointing content
Only point here is they never provide desired hotel /resort 4/5star property on desired date we have to plan according to their convience. That’s the level of patience one shld have to face such service after paying & taking membership.
