If you are a retired person or a housewife who wants to pass some time if you are bored at home then you can join this company. I worked here for 4 years and my experience with this company was something what you call unforgetable in the wrong sense.
The company is run by unprofessional managers who run their own company within the company. They have a group of people under them who are very closed circle of people and only those people get all the benefit like what you call "In USA 25% of people enjoy 75% of the wealth in this world" Yes that is very true with this company. Their misdeeds include
Shuffling employees between different verticals and technologies frequently so that they lose their competitive edge to find a change of job or opportunity.
Make employees work in outdated technologies
Biased managerswho give opportunities only to a set of people.
Give lot of opportunities only to their own MCA trainees and ignore others however senior or able they are
Managers having soft corner towards young female recruits in particular even if they are dumb(pls note that I am not writing against women workers in general. There are very efficient women workers who worked along with me who were sidelined only because they didnt mingle well with managers)
Unethical practices like firing employees in an hour, refusing relieving orders for resigning employees only due to personal grudge against them and retaining them forcefully for spoiling their career.
Promoting freshers and inexperienced MCA and SCOPE trainees ahead of more experienced workers.
The list goes on and on there is no end to the misdeeds of this company. Fortunately I left this company and the managers still cling on to this company because I am sure thye would be kicked around if they join any other companies.
Please please please don’t join this company. These specific managers haven’t stopped their misdeeds even after the company has been taken over by CSC. You may end up under these guys because they control major projects under them and you might not survive their onslaught unless you are a good looking woman
