We had booked for usa cost to cost trip for two person, we started discussion in nov-09 and booked for july-10 and was confirmed and we also spent on visa, insurance and travel to Hyderabad to attend the visa interview.
After all the headache they say the tour itenary is changed and subsequently the changed tour also got cancelled which was informed just before 5 day of travel. They kept us in dark for long time until we went to Hyderabad for visa only on our return they said it is cancelled it. Very bad service, kindly avoid such operator.
