I am feeling very disappointed to tell you that your customer service is worst. It is very unfortunate to tell you that your team is very rude. I do take regular packages, I took one china package last year and I have visited their Greater Noida office today to know about the Malaysia- Singapore package.
Their person was not available at office, I called him and I have just asked the person Mr. Nischal( Mob:- 8860631331318) that who is running this branch, he suddenly started shouting and abusing me on phone(because he was not available in that branch).
He is shouting and abusing me with no reason. That is how they deal with their customer.People don’t go for this company, there are lots of other companies available in the market. .
