Worst experience with cox and kings. We lost 2 lakhs coz of there negligence. I would never plan with cox again in future.
We had our visa being rejected before for France as we planned for our honeymoon so after 4 months we went to cox for Greece told them the problem earlier that happened with France and they assured us there won’t be any problem with visa as they are cox and kings n bla bla. Then on just day before our flight we still din receive our passports so we called them and they were like we trying to call greece ambacy and finally we are getting news that our visa is rejected that too when we were after them they were quite cool about it not taking responsibility. And when I asked them why this happened there employee is telling me it’s coz of our earlier France rejection so irresponsible we lost our 2 lakhs lost money coz of last minute cancellation. Worst is they were not ready to accept there mistake.
