I dont recommend these people for the following reasons:-
1.They are completely detached from the local tourism places and accommodation. They have no control or clue about the drivers who will be travelling with their customers for 9-10 days. They have no control over things after the trip has started.
Like any other individual who can book hotels online, these people do the same thing. There is no professionalism or additional expertise in these people. Hotels too dont seem to give any additional weight-age to customers coming from Cox N Kings.
Going on our own to any place or using the locally available travel agents is a better option as we can save money. These people charge premium rates.
Poor planning: These people dont plan anything for the end customer. If they plan, they actually mess up.
You end up paying costs to these people for travel and you also endup paying the driver for food etc. Instead of that, it is better to directly deal with the locally available tourism agents who at less cost offer more and any money that you pay to the driver directly is much more better because at the end of the day a happy driver means a happy trip.
They give the travel voucher very late because of which you will not get enough time to review and see the bookings.
The help line contacts given by them dont respond over calls.
Sometimes you have to beg them to send you driver details even on the day of your arrival to a new city.
Poor communication among themselves and with the Hotels they book accommodations. You endup acting like a bridge between them conveying information. They will soon lose out to more aggressive tourism companies. Their laid back attitude will eventually land them in a crisis.
Not just these people, avoid any such travel company and plan your trip on your own.
