We had booked Sri Lanka trip 6N/7D from coxnkings vashi, navi mumbai franchise departing 7th nov night more than one month before the trip.The tour operator changed our flight and departure date to 9th night without our approval.Later on when they sent the flight tickets, the departure date was again changed to 8th night.Even after so much request and also complain to the customer support and to the regional manager, unfortunately no one replied to the complain, forget about any apologies.
This resulted in lot of inconvenience to us and spoilt the mood right at the start of the trip.What was more saddening was the way the franchise store manager handled this goof up by portraying as if it is just a small error on their part and that we(the client) needs to adjust to the new departure dates.
