I had gone through Cox and Kings on a tour in Southeast Asia in 2012 the experience then was very good! Everything was perfect. This year I have booked European glimpse. My departure date is 2nd June and let me tell all u guys that the pre-booking experience is just horrible. I feel that C & K is not interested any more in their clients because we did not get even a single followup call from them. My father is not a resident of India and before booking they did not tell us anything about visa procedures and suddenly one day they told us that too when we inquired that your father has to apply for his visa from the country of residence.
We complied with them without any objection and my father applied for a visa from the other country C & K had promised us to give required documents for my fathers visa, but they did not do so my father missed his appointment twice, once because of late documents given by and C & K and once because of faulty documents.
Cox and Kings is not at all interested in helping us. My message to Cox and Kings is that your clients pay for your services from their pockets, it is their hard-earned money. You guys are not doing some social work or favour on us.
