Horrible customer service by mumbai cox and kings

We have not even travelled yet but we already regret the decision of going with Cox and Kings.Worst customer service I have come across till date in travel industry.


We booked for a women only group tour.They initially said there is not enough people and so wont do it.Later they came back and told they wil still do for 3 if us. When we asked about tour guide detauls, they said wil tell only a day before travel.


One day before the trip, they casually mention that we wont be getting a tour guide as the group size is small.Any query we have the customer representatives are busy and in spite of telling tht they wil call back, they never do.One thing they do very properly.Get the customer to sign and send a scanned copy if a complicated 22 page booking form.Once that is done and payment is made, they go off the grid.Then we need to keep calling over and again to be able to speak to the person we interacted earlier. Horrible experience ever.
