I had a tour with Cox and Kings in December 2015 and this was the worst tour for me. I had heard about this service provider so I booked a trip for north east for 6 days but everything was out of my thought. They did not provides any help to me when I needed him.
No convenience from service provider. Even they did not provides medical kit. Arrangement for accommodation was average. When I made complaint to customer executive they did not resolve any issue. I also paid extra charges in hotel for breakfast and laundry service.
