We had chosen Cox&Kings for our Andaman and Nicobar your of 5d/6n. Though the tour arrangements were excellent the area of disappointment is the promises of gift package viz Rs 5k gift vouchers, Rs 5k Discount coupons, free Albums etc that were not fulfilled despite repeated reminders. The reminders are acknowledged with a request for patient waiting but nothing seems to happen. Why promise unnecessarily and breach it. We did not ask for any freebies and it was the co that offered it unnecessarily. I dropped our idea of choosing Kashmir tour only because of the disappointment in this area
