My parents purchased a packaged tour to Europe from Cox and Kings, only to find the following. Hopefully, this review may help you and others to protect yourself or use some international travel house that has better business/customer service ethics.
Cox and Kings delivered confirm tickets to Mr. and Mrs. Gupta for trip to Europe and US with full and complete advanced payment. Details as given here:

Issues:
1) Cox and King’s marked agent ‘Sugar Peter’ cancelled the tickets on May 7th, 2007 without any notification to Mr. and Mrs. Gupta.
2) Mr. and Mrs Gupta arrived and IGI airport on May 13th, 2007 to only realize that they have to haggle with the airport officials and airlines staff to get the flights re-instated for journey to London. Phone logs with all the officials are available for review.
3) Mr. and Mrs. Gupta were not provided airport transfer at London airport. Tired passengers waited for three hours at London airport. Designated London based staff refused to pick the phone call, and called again at 1pm local London time to apologies. Phone log available from airtel and London based hotel. Cell phone is kept without use to ensure history of the phone is not removed for legal purposes.
Cox and Kings didn’t recognize the issues with the flights, and has no process in place to ensure return flights.
Issues:
1) Mr. and Mrs. Gupta’s flight from Frankfurt, Germany to Washington DC was again cancelled by Cox and Kings. Rajeev Gupta coincidentally called airlines to identify exact details of the flights, only to realize that Cox and Kings has purposefully cancelled the flights.
2) Upon several hours of phone calls to various officials, airlines staff and conference calls – the flights were re-instated two hrs prior to the flight from Germany.
3) Mr and Mrs. Gupta were stressed, under trauma and anxious in a foreign country with no option but to beg to Cox and Kings staff world wide.
4) Cox and Kings claims superior quality, customer service and comfort – Mr. and Mrs. Gupta received no such service in return of premium and cash payment.
5) Mr. and Mrs. Gupta don’t speak English or other European languages enough to be able to communicate with German airlines staff to settle or arrange tickets to the US. Rajeev Gupta and Vishal Gupta had to spend significant time on international calls and conference calls between cox and kings Delhi office, United Airlines and Lufthansa.
