False promises!!

The talk with Satish Bokare and Mital Mehta, has not lead to any solid decision regarding the room bookings which we need on the 18th April 2015 from the time we reach at the hotel.


I regret to inform you that if a big company like you cannot make 2 rooms available for us for just 4 hours, its a really shameful thing. This has been a really bad experience for me and my family and we have gone through a lot of mental stress because of this.


We are paying the whole amount 2, 71, 938 in advance i.e. 2 months before, and I am pretty sure that you get enough time and interest on the amount to book 2 rooms for us. I had never expected this downmarket act from you guys.


Firstly if you had told us clearly that the rooms will be available only after 12 in the noon, we would have booked another train tickets and would have reached at the hotel after 12. But as Mr. Satish had promised us that there will be no problem, even if we arrive early and he will make sure that all of us will be given rooms and there would be no extra charge for it.


Why make fake promises when you guys can’t fulfil them?
