Cox and Kings and thieves

We booked ourselves for our honeymoon to Maldives from the Pune branch of Cox n kings.


They were good to us untill they got hold of the non refundable deposit.


During the entire period they never bothered to call us or even email us.


The lady at the international desk is "shruti phansalkar joshi" who is 1 big lazy female.


We might have mailed her a hundred times to share the itenary and other details.


She used to reply to our emails after 20 -25 days.


Our reminders would fall on deaf ears.


There are 2 more associates-Khushboo & Inderjeet-good for nothings you could call them.


Shurti even messed up our booking by booking us for 5 days instead of 6.


Thankfully we ourselves found it out at the last moment and requested for the changes.


On landing in male they had assured that their representative would receive us. In reality only the resort staff was there to transfer us to the speedboat. Reaching the resort we found out that in spite of paying for a beach bungalow, the agency had booked a normal room for us.


We had to negotiate with the resort manager and get the issue resolved.


They will call you only to make payments, nothing else. Shruti, being the most incompetent executive, she is never is office and never available on phone. Khushboo is arrogant and ill mannered.


All in all I would suggest- visit them, get an idea of their tour and plan your own travel.
