I completely agree with Mr Shankar and Sohaib review.
Had a miserable time on this tour with only saving grace of other co-families which has become like a family to keep us all moving. No transparency in tour information and absolutely badly planned. No courtesy to understand the pain instead blamed by Revathy and Himanshu(UAE Cox and King Head) for selecting the product.
Tour manager(though a good human being) doesn’t know how to conduct or administrate a tour instead leave things on God and within families to sort out the issues.
Hotels are booked outside the city and made to travel unnecessary extra hours with kids in such a tight schedule .
Internal flight sucks and are badly arranged with connecting flights, long waiting hours at airport and multiple flights within the group.
Hotel rooms are not at all arranged in proper way for all families with two rooms. Rooms are splitted across floors and expected to sort out the room within other tour families.
Cox and Kings asked for the feedback but no reply on feedback since last 10 days. I guessed they made their money and happy to get more groups cheated.
Expect some senior member of Cox and Kings to step up and understand the root cause.
