BAD BAD SERVICES FROM COX& KINGS INDIA LTD. A horrible experience even before the start of our Tour to Spain! A total mismanagement and loss of consumers time and money, this is what Cox and Kings Do. This is with regards to our Tour booked for Spain through Cox& Kings India Ltd-Kandivali West Branch, through Ms.Yesha. Problems faced during Spain Visa Interview- 03rd September 2018. Situation1:- They just gave us little time to prepare for the documents required for Spain visa. However, even after providing all the documents, we were informed by the Spain Consulate that few documents are unnecessary-for eg:- savings a/c statement, a total waste of our time, the Cox& Kings team were aware that savings a/c statement is not required. Situation 2:- After reaching the Spain consulate even before time, we notice that their person comes only after 45 mins . Appointment was taken for 12.00 noon, the cox& Kings person takes our token for the appointment at the consulate, only to realise later that a COPY OF EACH AND EVERY PAGE OF PASSPORT is required of ALL THE PASSENGERS travelling. THIS WAS NOT INFORMED TO US BY Ms.YESHA& MS.JYOTI from Cox& Kings. The person takes all our passport for photo copy, while we are standing at the counter with the Visa officer. Ofcourse, we don’t have just 1 passport per person, we have 2-3 passports per person . As per the consulate policy, the Consulate Officer can wait only for 15 MINS for you to get any pending documents. But after all its Cox& Kings service, the person who took our passports didn’t return for atleast 15 mins, after which one of our family member had to leave the counter and help him at the Photo Copy shop! The person comes only after 50 mins, where in our appointment has been TERMED AS CANCELLED, due to non submission of passport copies! Again no response from Cox& Kings on this problem we faced, no support at all. We had to personally find out a way to any how get the interview done on 03rd September 2018, since we all had taken leave from our work to get this done. After finding out from the consulate reception, we came to know they have Prime services, where in these kind of situations, we need to pay 2500/-INR per person, and get the interview done. We tried our best to anyhow manage the situation, but still no help from Cox& Kings! Since we all had taken leave
, we had to get the interview done on 03rd Sept, hence we had to take Prime services, by paying 2500/- INR per person. We informed this to Yesha and Jyoti, again no help from them and no revert, no courtesy from both of them. This entire mess, was a waste of our time, money and efforts, even before the start of our trip, which is scheduled for 23rd September 2018. Least we expect now from Yesha, Jyoti and of course Cox& Kings, however they still DO NOT have basic courtesy and nor are they answering our calls. We can surely vouch that Cox&Kings staff is definitely not WELL TRAINED and not Consumer Friendly. Not sure how our trip will be!
