There was a problem with my order. It turned out that I had made a slight mistake with my address. I didn’t realise until it had been brought to my attention a second time after ordering successively from the website before.
The customer services representative John was very rude to me and very condescending. I will never shop at the site or use the site in any shape or form ever again.
