I ordered a an outdoor name plate worth Rs:6000 from their site. The order was received and after hanging the name plate on the third day, it fell on the ground and got broken into pieces. Very poor quality adhesive was used to attach the hooks to the name plate and it didn’t last for 3 days!
And when complained to the support team, they took long 10 days to come back saying they cannot refund my money or replace the product even though the issue is with the bad quality of their item. such a pathetic customer service and attitude from these guys.
Please stay away! Attached is the broken pieces of the name plate.
