Poor Customer Experience and Frustrating mismanage

Unprecedented Unprofessionalism:


Craftmill has demonstrated a shocking level of unprofessionalism. After a 60-day delay, the wrong items were delivered, including unstable chairs, clearly indicating a failure in quality control.


Missing Product Features:


The table arrived lacking a basic groove on the top, a clear oversight in manufacturing.


Misleading Communication:


Despite assurances that my replacement order had shipped on April 3rd, I only received a tracking ID on April 12th, revealing that the shipment had actually not been dispatched until that day. This misinformation and delay are unacceptable.(order placed in January)


Ineffective Customer Support:


Repeated follow-ups were required to obtain a tracking ID, each time promised one’the next day’ without delivery.


I’m now using my home as their warehouse, as the incorrectly delivered items have not been collected. This not only clutters my living space but also adds to the overall frustration.


Overall Disappointment:


It’s now been over 80 days since my order was PLACED! The enduring delays, poor quality of products, and the space they occupy in my home have made this experience exceedingly troublesome.


AVOID being misled by their professional-looking Instagram ads. Craftmill operates with a disengaged team and lacks a genuine focus on customer satisfaction. It is decidedly not worth your time or money.
