have ordered few times and the experience has been Good. Ordered items were reached to the delivery address as promised and they were in Good condition. I am happy with the products as well. Areas of improvement - Items that are OUT OF STOCK continue to be displayed in the brochure. - COD is not available for cities and towns in Kerala - 2 times in recent past, I came across situation when I place order, paid money(NET BANKING) and then CRAFTSVILLA reverted that they supplier was unable to fulfill the order. This is a very bad experience. My money also got blocked. And I am pretty scared to place more orders. - There is a "Contact Supplier" option. Although I wrote few times to different suppliers, I have never ever received any response. I guess CRAFTSVILLA gets a copy of these emails. Appreciate if CRAFTSVILLA sales support can facilitate these enquiries. - I requested for Refund and it has been initiated, but it is taking a very long time. Refunds from other online sites reach my bank account in 4 - 5 days. Why does refund from CRAFTSVILLA take 15 - 20 days. - Service / Contact Centre support is Good. I do get regular response. - From sales perspective, I am not receiving offers or comms on Sales Campaigns etc. which other Indian sites are actively pursuing and thereby drawing visitors to their site. Dont you think this is required? Hope you consider the above feedback and take steps to improve CRAFTSVILLA service. Regards Bino Chandy
