On 16 feb 2015 evening at 9:00PM when I received the package, the Details were correct on the package but the Suit inside the package was not that one which I ordered. They sent me a purple colour suite white I ordered a white one.
After receiving that wrong product I immediately registered a complaint and also sent them the picture of the Wrong product I received. But they did not responded to my complaint. After that I called him next day but no one picks the call and even after 12 hours I didn’t receive any reply from their side. Please help me I paid Rs 2000 for the product and they reduced its price on the same day after placing the order.
