I ordered an lehanga for my cousin sister at 18 August , it’s not delivered till the date 5 sep and the lehanga I got is totally different from the picture which has shown in the app . It is the first time I ordered somthing from craftvilla nd the result is very dissapointed . When I speak to customer care they always told that the money will refund within 7 days .Till the date neither money refunded . After this incident I never go for shopping at craftsvilla .So guys dont buy any product from craftsvilla .
