I have ordered something from Craftsvilla with order no: 105381294 some 15 days back. After 15 days I am not getting any information about my product.
When I called customer care agent to check about the same, I did not get any proper response. Cutomer care agent(Khusbu) that I spoke to was so rude that she said she doesnt care about the order even after 15 days. She doesnt think this is serious issue at all and wanted me to wait for inifinite time.
When I insisted to be allowed to talk to a supervisor, she said she will not let me talk to them as this is not an issue at all.
