Color was different from what was shown in the image and when, I tried to return it has no any seller address. Just blank space and very poor quality send to me after complaining for the returns, I am still waiting for the delivery person to come and collect the products and when, I tried from the application it does even give me the option and other so many issues in this store.
The customer service of craftsvilla does not work properly. They is guide customers, I ordered some combo products but I got only 1 combo set which was set of 3. When, I informed this inconvenience to the customer care their tried to convinced me constantly and misguide me.
