My experience with Craftsvilla is very worst. I had ordered my product on craftsvilla and due to poor quality I returned the same. I have also provided all my bank details with my passbook screenshot to them via email but I didn’t receive my refund amount even after 16 days of providing bank details.
There service is so poor and the quality of product we get is also bad. There customer service is so bad that every time when you call them then each time you will get different different answers.
