I purchased a saree for gifting purpose before 3 months. When I saw the product on the website it was looking very good and the description about the type of cloth was given. Before that I never purchased anything from craftsvilla.
After my first purchase, I recieved the product after 10-15 days after placing order. The saree that I recieved didn’t match at all with whag I ordered on website. The quality and the quality of fabric with which saree was made was not upto the mark. They give false information about their products to sell. I returned the product with bluedart and didn’t refunded the amount of shipping as they don’t have reverse logistics.
I got my money back of product after a long delay. Poor website and it have cheap quality products.
