Story of 100’s of employee’s life and career in IT

This makes a heart touch when they go around this kind or trauma?


How it starts jan2009 the organization name cranes started delaying the salary

 Later stopped the basic food allowances, travel allowance and starts like salary delay of 15 days to 1 month


Employees facing threats from home loans, personal loans, deposits. Not able to take care of parents, healthy problems of parents and family maintenance, children’s health and education where every bit these in Bangalore is getting expensive.


Most of them are treated like not as humans from bank collection department, House Owners etc real things even some employees went to police station due to payments no body supported though he was best in the society loyal to the company for 1-10 years.

 

Here it doesn’t end started the assurance like we will pay in this month , next month, later goes on with all  good lies story.


Most of the employee left the jobs some are removed later 100’s employee are bruitally send backs after nothing paying from May month salaries, atleast basic life expenses.

This is about the employees how much of the managed the thing even those employees who closed the PF from February months back are not cleared in the PF office even the government is not support or taken care for us as usual govt tells we not received any forms or complaints.


But the company is managing so well even in the govt offices also. No question raised by the govt official why 2008-2009 among more than 700 employees not paid IT returns from same company is not suppose to give form16 even employee has made all his declaration in the company-cranes

 

Even all these went employees voice no body to listen in the govt, IT nasscom, or even requested personally, sent hundreds of mails, personal approach


Understand that company can manage to cheat these many people, how an ordinary employees whos life is in frustration and trying to come out of these problem can raise the voice

 

We hope somebody really wish to support and make all the employees problem solved without issues
