I was asked by my daughter to go and see this movie 2 months back and I went to see it a week before the Oscars Awards night. She never told me the story and I went to see the movie without a clue about the movie.
So in all honesty, I think it was one of most difficult movies to make in America and it absolutely deserves the Oscar Award for Best picture of 2006.
It has a great array of cast...all of whom performed superlatively in their respective roles....and truly..no one can be termed as the best as all of them have put in their best in all their characters.
The producers, the director, the cinematography, the screenplay, the editing and all the other realms of the film are brilliant.
But most important of all, the story....the intolerance in life that exists in all humankind wherever you may be. Intolerance, a deadly emotion, can be a vortex that, most often, spins out of control.
On that note, I would advise everyone to go and see this movie to be inspired.
