As we all know the current situation of the Engineers in India. The quantity of engineers in India is huge but quality engineers are very less in numbers. Because Engineering colleges are providing the knowledge that is required to be tought during the engineering course. Thus due to the lack of knowledge about the specific, students are not able to secure a good job in this conprtitive market. Employers require students who are good in technical and logical, but this are tought to them during their course. Hence the employers are also not able to find a perfect employee for any position. There is huge gap created between employers requirement and students knowledge.
