We negotiated a deal with Mr Vikas ( 8828771063) the sugar coated executive only at the time of sales and order booking. He gave the quotation and assured us that he will delivery the goods max by 5 days and car by 6th day at the most. And he will give us tracking I’d for goods and car location and daily he will update the status. ( Which never happened till date)
We agreed and went ahead with them. Just after packing and collecting the goods they started pressuring us to take insurance ( which initially he said not required at all). And their language became aggresive and abusive just after goods collection. He denied that he will provide me with any tracking I’d and goods update.
I managed to get their Mumbai Manager no Mr Vikarant ( 7208344702). He said he will look into this. He asked me to pay 65% of the payment at once without which he will not load the goods. I made the payment on 01st July and I was told goods got shipped on 01st only. From 01st to 06 they keep fooling that truck went faulty goods is at Ahemdabad, then Udaipur and so on and so forth. Finally my goods got delivered on 09th and truck driver confirmed me that the goods left from Mumbai on 06th June Evening. One suitcases was missing in the consignment and this driver gave in writing and many damaged goods which driver confirmed.
When I told them about they became angry and abusive and said make the payment if you want Car delivery. I took the help of police and went to the warehouse and picked my car self.
These people are all cheats and I have all the proofs if anyone wants. But please don’t go with them.
