I booked CRC to relocate my stuff from Mumbai to Jammu. The experience has been horrible:
They gave a quote without taking note of the items(Mr Vikas - There seems to be a lot of mention about his professionalism here) and then once the goods were loaded and dispatched, they started to bargain on increasing the charges. Finally I had to agree to pay more as they had taken my stuff.
Post taking the goods, they communicated that they will only make the delivery if the entire payment was done!
Agreed delivery time was 10 days. They took 20+ days to deliver.
Once the truck reached Jammu, I was asked to arrange my own labour to unload the truck and get it furniture assembled. . Mr Vikrant(owner) told me to arrange for the labour and he would pay the difference. Well the payment is still to be received.
They forgot to load my study table and chairs from their warehouse. And delivered someone else’s box to me. Am yet to get a confirmation on when the study table and chair will be connected to me.
The packing and handling of goods was below par, because of which a lot of my goods have got damaged.
My calls are not being responded too. So not even sure if I will be able to claim the insurance that I had taken through them.
Overall a horrible experience with CRC Packers and Movers. Will not recommend anyone to use their services.
