Recently I was at the terminal, My three years old son insisted to buy icecream for him. I went to Cream Bell counter and asked him a scoop of chocolate icecream along with cone. Icecream price was 110 and cone was for Rs 26. He asked to pay Rs 185. I asked him why this is so much, because of taxes and all he answered. I paid the amount and took the icecream. My son was excited so I put the bill in my pocket without seeing it.
When I reached home and while tearing the bill I noticed a cane of cold drink has been added in the bill if rupees 42. I really got upset as I used to cross check these bills. He ( the counter guy) just fooled me and even after questioning him, he managed to convince me. At the airport it is already costly everything but being cheated is more frustrating. I tore the bill otherwise I must had to complain this. Cream bell needs to train their guyz. Meanwhile I will suggest everyone to go to Mac D there to buy icecream instead of creambell. Thanks
