I relocated from Bangalore to Hyderabad and booked Creative Cargo Movers & Packers.
When I met the person at the office he was too good, gentle promising talks and also offered us coffee/tea. We booked it by paying 1, 000 rupees and then when they came n packed my stuffs n made the bill, they added 2, 000 rupees extra giving some b*t.i agreed n had to make complete payment. My goods were to be delivered next day before 4pm, I didnt get it. Firstly they said, vehicle broke down, 2nd time they said, vehicle not allowed to enter the city. Third time they said, we need to pay extra 1, 000 rupees for challan for my goods to enter the city, then the person who spoke to me initially, he ignores our repeated calls & later messaged me threateningly, if I write a bad review, he’ll go n tell my company that I got some fake bills for reimbursement whereas I didn’t take.
They don’t value their own words, they don’t stick to their commitments, they blackmails for extra charges once our goods are picked from our place.
Hope all got my message and no 1 chooses this packers n movers in the future.
