I booked Creative cargo movers to move my households from Mysore to Bangalore. During the initial talks, The sales guy/ company person was very good in talking providing positive hopes for all the questions asked.
He also promised that my households will be delivered by Saturday morning ( 15th June 2013) without miss.
Trusting the words we booked the service to move the households. The CCM guys arrived as per the scheduled and packed all the stuffs from Mysore on Thursday evening and left Mysore.
CCM people called me on Saturday and said that due to some unavoidable situations, the goods will be delivered by Saturday night 8 PM.
Then, when I called and followed up they said that the good will be delivered by late night 11 PM, then it became early morning 7 PM. Finally I collected the Drivers no and called the driver. At 10 Am Sunday Morning, the driver was still on the way to Pune :(.
When I asked the CCM guys, they said due to rain, the truck couldn’t reach Pune on time...
I asked them the ETA and they said before 12 PM noon, the goods will be delivered.
At 1 PM noon, I called the driver and he says, The truck can not enter Hadapsur and hence they will have to get the households in the small tempo and the available tempo had gone out to deliver some other stuffs and the next available slot was around at 5 PM.
I agreed for that as well. At 7 PM, the tempo driver calls me and says that he has left the place loading the goods and when he reached my flat it was around 10:00 PM.
Finally I got my households after 36 hours of delay. In between, I had made around 21 calls to the CCM guys and around 15 calls to the driver. I could say that choosing CCM was the biggest mistake.. More worst is that when I asked for the delay, the common answer I was listening was "Due to drizzling in Pune, we can not deliver the things on time". even though they are using the trucks and tempos which is covered completely. WTF.
But CCM were very professional in behavior and always reachable on phone :)
