I have worked for this company. The company has by all means supported my growth personally as well as financially. Shivakumar(owner of the company) is no doubt strict as far as it is concerned with getting works done.
He is the most friendly, supportive and helpful boss; a kind hearted identity, which is rarely found these days. I have never felt like there is no work-life balance here.
We have had a lot of fun here along with work. They had also organized team outings, team lunch and made us involve in fun games etc., to refresh our mind.
I still recall my days here to be one of those which supported my future progress. And I haven’t faced any difficulty during my relieving as well.
