CRED is an app that was designed for instant card bill payment settlements, but has since shifted its focus to product sales. Despite its earlier promise of fast and convenient bill payment, it now takes too much time to settle bills. In one instance, I paid a bill 4 days in advance, but it was not settled, and I had to receive a refund 2 days later. This shift in focus and slower payment processing is a drawback for those who primarily use the app for credit card bill payments. The app’s overwhelming UI also detracts from the shopping experience, and there is no search option available. Overall, while CRED may have been a useful tool for managing credit card payments in the past, its current features and functionality may not meet the needs of all users.
