So Cred works on a model they on behalf of your place orders on different starting brands. If you don’t get your product, they don’t care ! I have been mailing them since last 15 days, also warned them to sue the CEO but they didn’t respond but only say same preset mail ..we are following up. That’s it? Best part about it is, they don’t have a cancel option basically when you place order you cannot cancel it . I regret my decision of wasting my hard earned money on such fraud app, I should have literally used Flipkart/Amazon to buy same products with their reviews also, and peace of mind that they will either deliver or cancel and refund .but in case of cred...it’s like you just pay and forget and hope to get your order ...no customer support number, chat anything ! I am suing this company in consumer court , if something like this happened with you don’t hesitate to sue such fraud companies because that can save others too .
