My husband and myself underwent treatment here. First of all, they don’t give any proper direction to go where to go ..etc. We’d to take leave frm our jobs and travel out of country n travel abt 4hrs come to this facility. Yet the Dr shanthamma n others’d no concern. They were keen on getting money 1st..sometimes the Dr.talks 2-3mins in btw her surgeries and v were always rushed and there’s no privacy ! I’d laproscopy done there and Dr. shanthamma told me that her son Dr. Bimal John is going to perform surgery.. yet he never even cared to see us b4 the surgery.
As someone mentioned.. it’s actually a ’GHOST SURGERY’. I think it’s a perfect statement. Once you walk in the room, they give sedatives and you fall asleep and don’t know what happens ! I think she has some surrogates that wrk under her or doing some business.. Before even discussing what can be done.. on the very 1st day itself she was talking abt surrogate (because she knows that she gets ’way too much money’ than normal ’ivf or other procedures).
V think surrogate should be the last option. Another thing is that no men are allowed while the lady goes into see Dr. shanthamma.. She knows how to manipulate the women. and her ’head nurse’. We were appalled by hearing ’head nurse’s lie.. She acts like she’s the Dr. Rooms are clean but bathroom is the worst. Scanning rm is the worst.. it seems to be ’some nurses’ rest areas.. because there’s always way more nurses than pts.
The scanning guy blurts diff .. things.. don’t know if it’s to the pt or nurses !! he’s the most unprofessional guy i’d ever seen and dont believe his scanning as well. We felt we wasted our precious time/ too much money at this place. If v’d went somewhere that’s closer ..it would’ve been cheaper n better care. V were able to leave there.. b4 it’s too late..
