My wife was admitted in Credence for delivery during June 2009. My initial experience with the hospital was good, but after the time passes, it became bad. The only doctor I could depend is Santhamma and she really takes care of her patients. But the pediatric division is utter waste.
My little had ASD which the doctor couldn’t identify. After he was born, the little was crying and he was keeping his breath of not less than 10 seconds. We told this to the pediatrician and the response was tooooo pathetic. He even never had the mindset to just examine the baby. After a month, another doctor detected the ASD and she told me that this could have been done at the time of the initial infant observation. I’m sure that @Credence this initial observation was just for the name SAKE.
At the time when my wife was given the spinal anesthesia in the labour room, she told me that the doctor was very rude. She was given 3 injections at the spinal.

I spoke this matter to the ttk representatives and this was coz of the issues from the hospital. I had the same experience from the hospital administration where they deducted 1000 Rs from my claim and after having a rough discussion with them, the administration gave me the money even without signing a voucher. I’m sure that they were trying to get this money to their pocket for NO REASON.
The worst is one medicine prescribed by another doctor. After he prescribed it, the nurse ran behind him and she forced him to prescribe some another. I asked her for the reason and she told me that if mother (breast feeding) is consuming there’s a chance that the little one can go sick.
Last but not the least, the charges are little high. I spend around 34, 000 for the delivery. Normal (non a/c) room would charge 800@day and for a/c, I think, it’s 1700 (Not sure)
