I was employed at this organization for 3 years starting from 2018. It was a small mid-size company and was doing pretty well in the market. Its business is into education and they sell educational certification internationally. They had different niche certifications and TMI.org was their best performing certification source as it was tied up with Wharton University. Rest were in data science, AI, private equity and investment banking to name a few.Their office was in Gurgaon, Haryana and everything was going well untill they switched the organization to be named as Edvantic Services Private limited in between covid time. We were given WFH facilities and were told employees will WFH till further notice.Since start of covid in march 2020, we were facing difficulty in receiving our salary on time. Each months salary got postponed and in that flow, they never paid us the last months salary of Credforce. Everything remained same only they changed the name of the organization and the address of the office. We were told to take our office stuffs from the office as its shifting. It was the most difficult time during covid to get a new job, then all of a sudden the marketing head of the organization left, and slowly many other employees started leaving the organization as the company wasnt paying us on time. Then we realized that they didnt deposit our PF amount on our account from when it switched to new company name called Edvantic. This is Nov 2021, still we havent received that one month salary, neither we could withdraw our pf money nor did they do their part to clear our pf money since Aug 2020 till I left.We then got to know there was a big reason behind changing the name of the organization, they cheated stakeholders because stakeholders used to comment on social channels and this is how we knew about their story. Then they started cheating with their own employees by not paying salaries and PF amount. 80percent of all old employees I had worked with had left the organization by now, many were asked to resign. They have joined Edvantic without knowing the details about its present situation.Its my kind and kind request please read genuine reviews from MOUTHSHUT before applying to this fraud company that would destroy your fabulous career within a few months. They will leave you unpaid and nothing could be done afterwards. I tried to reach out to the PF govt office via mails and calls, but the process is still pending. Reached out to Edvantic followed up about the pending salary, no action has been taken yet and this is not just for my case, but for every other employees worked during my tenure. To file a case, lodge complaint or FIR takes a lot of money and eats your precious time, so no one has taken that step yet. So I would just request you all not to get into trap of this organization, they are nowhere now, might shut in some months. Dont risk your career in the sake of getting well paid or whatever the situation may be. The current scenario of work culture, people and work process, everything had changed and has taken its own shape. Ruined badly. A non-marketing person is leading the marketing team now and it seems to be in a stage of getting winded up hardly within a few months or so. Some good things about Credforce Asia Limited in 2018 till turning Edvantic in 2020 were1. Flexible work culture2. Best marketing head and team manager3. Friendly and talented employees4. PF for every employees then5. Yearly award functions, free dinner and drinks6. Spacious office in Gurgaon Cyber Park7. Cab facilities pick up and drop off.8. Timings were previously 9 hours but alternate Saturday was working, later 9.45 hours work and every Saturdays off.After switching to Edvantic, situations were1. After converting to Edvantic, employees received delayed payments every month.2. Never paid the last salary of Credforce.3. Didnt contribute PF amount when it became Edvantic.4. No official communication or announcement were made to employees for reasons behind delayed salaries and non contribution of EPF. So much unprofessionalism! 5. Zero knowledge people as a Marketing leader. Worst work process and culture. No motive, no set up goals.7. The newly hired team manager had no knowledge of managing its team and work, I would say, worst reporting manager ever experienced.8. Didnt paid full and final settlement to a few employees who left or were asked to leave during these situations.9. It was only work and long meetings, and no exact goals set.
