1 year back I registered on this website to check my cibil score and that time cibil score showing 681.(Now also showing 681) I have 1 negative account with ICICI Cr. Card. But setteled this car on 2015 and I got NOC. Even After that they called me up and said to resolve my 2 accounts wherein 750+GST will be the charges for each account. I was facing problem since banker has shown outstanding amount Rs.28594/- wherein there were no outstanding when I closed this account. But suddenly I came to know that bank has due on me. Credit Mantri team promised me to resolve it but for that charges has to be there. Now Credit Mantri saying, After we settled with some amount, bank will give NOC, but bank never close r settle our account.(Settled means in bank dictionary - v have to pay some amount and will issuse NOC, But borrower have to pay 3 time bigger amount of ur settlement). Credit Mantri getting payment from us and they are working for bank and getting all original details from us and sharing to bank.
They trapped me by making false commitment. After a week I got sms from credit mantri that there is outstanding around Rs.28594/- on my account. I told each and every thing regarding the matter. Then they again made my fool and said we will surely help you in this matter.
Every time I am getting a call from Creditmantri for asking to pay the outstanding means they have not investigated anything.
Every-time different caller calling me up and every-time I am briefing the case.
CreditMantri a complete fake company. I believed this company to get wavier for the credit card for which they charged around 850 and promised that credit card issues would be over, but after receiving the payment they never kept the promise and worst part is the issue has become more severe.
So please don’t get fooled by these kind of people. I am writing this to all so that nobody else to suffer like me.

The credit score which is generated by credit mantri is a false one. It’s truly based on my personal experience when I checked my credit score with credit mantri and others there’s is a vast difference between them. They have allegedly reduced my credit score to become as a prey to get their products dumped on me.
The service rendered by the customer care executive is horrible they will call us even twenty times a day till you subscribe to their plan . Once they receive the payment we can see the other face of them. There will be nobody to pick the call or even to give response.
Please don’t believe this credit mantri and spread out this message so that nobody else losses their money and peace.
