The company is approachable only till one subscribes membership. Once money is paid, it becomes impenetrable fort! In today’s time, this is the first company I am stuck with where they don’t have contact number of either company or the officials! No question of getting reply to mails. One has to write request on "Help" to get a call back! And that will be answered in the late evening after office-hours. Forget about pursuing or pushing your case, I am unable to find any way to approach them!
So-called Relationship Manager doesn’t properly understand English.
No transparency, it’s an opaque company, only interested in money. Would advise to better avoid such highly unprofessional people.
