I reserved a bike(Bike ID: 67965) during the first week for Dec 15 by paying Rs. 2000/-. I was informed the next morning that the bike was sold to some walk in customer. I don’t understand the point of reservation if someone is let to buy it overnight.
Its been more than 10 days I am following up CredR team for the refund. Their service lines are always busy or someone would blindly say that wait for your refund.
